Glasgow quintet Quiche return with new single ‘Grey Matter’ released 31st July via First Run Records. Following previous single ‘Come On Down’ the band continue to show how adapt they are at creating slick harmonious pop songs while writing about the mundanities of life, vocalist and guitarist Juan Laforet says of the track “I wrote the song when I was really sad and I couldn’t sleep and it’s kind of a note to myself. Sort of like regrouping. And looking forward”.

Laden with infectious guitar hooks ‘Grey Matter’ blends psychedelia and pop in joyful melodies. Quiche are a band on the rise with more singles planned for the remainder of year, freshfrom featuring on 3 dates for Tenement Tv Discovery tour and Scotland’s Creative Industries XpoNorth Showcase Quiche embark upon a continual roll of support gigs of various acts plus upcoming dates supporting Catholic Action and concluding with featuring at Tenement Trail 2019.

It is set to be a busy few months for the band with releases and gigs spreading more their melodic psychedelia definitely one to watch out for.
