Outlaw Boogie
London-based dream pop producer Outlaw Boogie (AKA Michael James Dent) shares new track Dreamz the latest single to be taken from forthcoming debut EP The Circle due 22nd January.
Having been part of groups such as Hunck, Yoofs or Zooz for the last ten years, lockdown offered Dent the time to focus on his solo project Outlaw Boogie. Recording the majority of The Circle himself the EP features elements of dream-pop, shoegaze and post-punk and deals with topics wide and varied, from connotations on life & death through to the nostalgia and feelings associated with looking back on your adult life.
Latest track Dreamz is a sonic delight of psych infused dream-pop with luxurious melodies from the outset, riding along with a towering groove.
