Bryony Williams

Bryony Williams reissues 2019 release Growing/Fading via her own Grrrl Groannn label along with new video for single Little Tree

Working with videographer Louis Coupe the pair have created an accompanying extended 8-minute video for lead track Little Tree filmed at home complete with special interlude going into video for Silhouette filmed around Birmingham.

Originally released in 2019 containing Little Tree and Silhouette, Growing/Fading is a collection of fiercely honest and inward looking tracks complete with Bryony’s keen sense for hook laden guitar alt-rock. Lead single Little Tree examines the emotions of growing up and the pressures that come along with it.

While Silhouette written 4 years ago has taken on a different meaning looking at the loss of her first true love with Bryony commenting: “I didn’t want to be sweet anymore. I wanted to show my hurt and not only through lyrics but through musical nuances. The synth acts as my distress; hoping to blind-sight the listener like I once was.”
