Quiche frontman Juan Laforet shares new single Would You Go Back? the 2nd single from forthcoming debut solo album Bandama Drive.
The multi-instrumentalist, producer and songwriter self-recorded, mixed and mastered from the new tracks from home with the album touching on themes of experiences with relationships, personal growth and hope.
The album explores acoustic alternative pop peppered with elements of shoegaze, psychedelia, and his native latin music, with melancholic, but also hopeful and positive lyrics.
Talking about the new single Juan Laforet explains "Would You Go Back? deals with the process of reflection after a break-up, where it’s considered if it's really worth it falling back into old routines and behaviours, when one has already acknowledged that they are detrimental to his own personal growth, learning and happiness."
