Latest edition of Postcards From The Underground heads back into the new-release wilderness, bringing together another eclectic selection of sounds from the fringes of indie, post-punk, electronic, experimental and alternative music. New singles, fresh album cuts and leftfield discoveries collide across a set that moves between restless guitar noise, warped electronics, melancholic pop and darker, more atmospheric territory.
As ever, the emphasis is on discovery — music that feels a little outside the obvious, whether it arrives fully formed or hints at something more intriguing still to come. Two hours of new releases, underground sounds and the occasional curveball, all gathered together in one suitably unpredictable postcard from the underground.
