Opening the show with latest blistering offering from MEMES released through Fierce Panda and followed up with debut single by PVA released through the always excellent Speedy Wunderground, with Mush making it a trio of suitably raucous tracks to open the show.

Previous guests Nicol & Elliott feature with new single My Heart Will Wait which is released on Friday 10th January.

First play on the show for Sanja Cin with her stunning new single Change In Chunks along with first plays for Birgitta Alida with her brilliant Motown inspired track Closely released through Norwegian label BLANCA RECORDS, Gary’s new favourites the aptly named Postcards and husband and wife duo Mint Julep with the fantastic electro pop track Blinded from the also fantastic album Stray Fantisies released on 31st January through Western Vinyl.

We close the first hour by delving back a little to East Village with reissued singles collection Hotrod Hotel releases via Slumberland Records.

The second hour gets underway with The French before a double bill from Wales with She's Got Spies and the latest from Cae Gwyn Records with Derrero before moving onto Spain and the Cocteau Twins esque track Será Más Fácil by Linda Guilala released through Elefant Records.

The Just Joans get the first of what will be many plays with the track Wee Guys (Bobby’s Got A Punctured Lung) taken from the album The Private Memoirs And Confessions Of The Just Joans.

Yorkston Thorne Khan feature with the wonderful traditional track The Shearings Not For You from the new album Navarasa : Nine Emotions released through Domino Recording Company on January 24th.

It’s a great listen even if that’s us just saying it.
